DaniMation SMS Terms & Conditions
- Program. DaniMation, the trade name of EDU Designs, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit, sends text messages to people who opt in. Messages include class and appointment reminders, follow-ups after you request information or book a call, and announcements about DaniMation classes, workshops and events.
- Opting in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a DaniMation sign-up or booking form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Who may opt in. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian. For students under 18, we text the parent or guardian’s number.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your mobile number is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent for marketing purposes.
- Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
